Compassionate Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to manage complex death claims and provide support to families and loved ones of deceased members.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage death claim distribution through case management to payment.
  • Be the primary point of contact for claimants, ensuring they have all necessary information and are well-informed of the claim process and progress.
  • Maintain queues under case management, ensuring all outstanding work items are acted on within service standards.
  • Identify insurance benefits that members may be able to claim and manage relationships with insurers and third parties to ensure successful assessment of relevant claims.
