About the Junior Accounts Receivable Role

The team is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance department. As part of this role, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to perform daily bank reconciliations, handle queries from internal and external stakeholders, allocate and receive payments, and report on cash variances for stores.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in accounts payable and receivable, and to be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily bank reconciliation and account management
  • Query resolution with internal and external stakeholders
  • Payment allocation and receipt
  • Cash variance reporting and resolution

Requirements:

  • A strong background in accounts payable and receivable, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
