Relief Village Manager

We are seeking an experienced Relief Village Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for leading village operations and delivering projects that drive innovation, enhance resident satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.

Job Description:

  • Lead people, operations, and customer experience in a variety of village settings.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with residents, committees, contractors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
  • Partner with the Operations Leadership Team to deliver regional and organisational goals.
  • Take on projects that enhance efficiency, sustainability, safety, and resident satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and monitor operational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in Retirement Living, property or asset management, hospitality, or a service-led environment.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence working with legislation, budgets, and compliance processes.
  • Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and delivering operational improvement projects.
