Engineering Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our Warehouse Platform Capabilities team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Your primary focus will be on defining and evolving our warehouse platform and tooling capabilities, incorporating data governance and management principles and controls. This includes leading and contributing to the building and delivery of key data initiatives, such as data warehouse development practices and documentation.

You will also play a critical role in building and managing a diverse and inclusive team to support the evolution of our data platform. Your expertise in uplifting analytics engineering specialty practices, especially in data warehouse capabilities, will be essential to our success.

Additionally, you will collaborate and engage across all groups and specialties, ensuring alignment on priorities and roadmaps while supporting their data needs.
