Our Vision

As a senior leader, you'll define the strategic vision for our data platform and communicate its value proposition to stakeholders. You'll manage the delivery roadmap and design strategies for new data acquisition and enrichment opportunities.

Your Role

You'll collaborate with the Leadership Team and department heads to provide data sources and systems required to achieve strategic objectives. You'll ensure provision of infrastructure and tools necessary to deliver the data platform and various data products developed across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Leading a team responsible for delivering the Flybuys data platform, ensuring team priorities are aligned to overarching business objectives. Driving the development and implementation of data best practices, creating business value through the utilisation of data assets.

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in data, technology, computer science or business. Commercial acumen, an enterprise-oriented mindset, and a desire to deliver business value.

Desirable Skills

Extensive experience leading data teams, working as either data architect, data engineer, data analyst, data scientist, product owner or other relevant role. Experience delivering a modern data platform for a data-led organisation, with working knowledge of the design and delivery of a data ecosystem that includes a data lake, data warehouse, reporting data layers, data marts and feature stores.
