Role Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will focus on delivering outstanding service by providing solutions to Surgeons and Healthcare professionals through our diverse product offerings, including Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy, and Orthobiologics. Key responsibilities encompass:

  1. Building and nurturing relationships with Surgeons and Theatre staff to promote product sales that address specific needs.
  2. Identifying client requirements and maximizing opportunities through lead generation and product presentations.
  3. Offering in-theatre clinical support during procedures, conducting training for clients, and assisting with new product introductions.
  4. Formulating and executing strategic sales plans for the designated territory.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Proven track record in sales within Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or related fields, or experienced healthcare professionals looking to transition into sales.
  2. Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on long-term, relationship-driven sales strategies.
  3. Strategic thinking abilities with a knack for constructively challenging client perspectives.
  4. Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
