Role ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Representative will focus on delivering exceptional service by providing solutions to Surgeons and Healthcare professionals across our product offerings, which include Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy, Distal Extremities, Imaging, and Orthobiologics. Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with Surgeons and Theatre staff to promote product sales that address their needs
- Identifying customer requirements and maximizing opportunities through lead generation and product presentations
- Offering in-theatre clinical support during procedures and conducting product training for clients
- Creating and executing strategic sales plans for the designated territory
- Proven sales experience in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or related fields, or a background in healthcare looking to transition into sales
- Strong team player with a relationship-focused sales approach
- Strategic thinker with the ability to constructively challenge customer perspectives
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
