Role Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will focus on delivering superior service by providing solutions to Surgeons and Healthcare professionals within our product range, which includes Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy, Distal Extremities, Imaging, and Orthobiologics. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building strong relationships with Surgeons and Theatre staff to promote product solutions that address their needs
  2. Identifying customer requirements and maximizing opportunities through lead generation and product presentations
  3. Offering in-theatre clinical support during procedures and facilitating product training for clients
  4. Formulating and executing strategic sales plans for the designated territory
Candidate Requirements
  1. Proven sales experience in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or a related field, or a background in healthcare professions such as Nursing, Physiotherapy, or Chiropractic looking to transition into sales
  2. Strong team player with a relationship-focused sales approach
  3. Strategic thinker capable of constructively challenging customer perspectives
  4. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
