
Operational Support Officer

The primary function of this role is to provide comprehensive operational, administrative and clerical support to ensure seamless departmental activities. Key performance indicators include maintaining office efficiency and adherence to policies and standards.
Delivering exceptional customer service is crucial in this position, providing confidential, effective and responsive customer interaction. You will be a positive first point of contact for customers.
Organisational skills are essential, efficiently coordinating administrative systems and procedures.
Work Location: This role is primarily based at the Gosford Gateway Centre, with travel to various locations within the District as needed.
