
Support Operations Officer

The role of the Support Operations Officer is to provide high-quality administrative assistance and support to students, parents, and staff in a dynamic environment. This includes maintaining accurate records, files, and databases, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional administrative support to various stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Maintain up-to-date records, files, and databases, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Promote a positive and proactive attitude, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to achieving College goals and objectives by supporting the Business Services team.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and presentation, aligning with organisational standards.
- Exhibit excellent organisational and time management skills, prioritising tasks effectively.
- Display outstanding written and oral communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interactions.
- Possess proven reception and/or customer service experience, showcasing adaptability and empathy.
- Excel in computer and typing skills, efficiently managing digital systems.
- Hold a current First Aid certificate (desired) and consider experience working within an education setting highly desirable.
