Job Title:

Program Support Officer

  • A dedicated individual sought to provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operation of a Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Coordinator with administrative tasks and ensuring efficient program delivery.
  • Evaluating the program to meet the needs of school-age children and comply with National Quality Standards and Regulations.
  • Providing guidance and support to families and staff members as required.
  • Assisting with educational leadership and contributing to best practice programming.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications or significant experience in working in outside school hours care.
  • Skills and experience in team collaboration and leadership.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
