Performance Media Manager

As a Paid Search Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping industry-leading paid search strategies for our clients, delivering outstanding value while working with an integrated service model tailored to their individual needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Train Executives/Coordinators to ensure they're highly skilled in paid search implementation
- Manage the search team to ensure account deliverables, including campaign set up, reporting, optimisation tactics, quality checks, and best practice adherence
- Day-to-day client team and client contact across SEM
- Compile strong SEM responses and present them directly to clients
- Assist the Digital Director and Planning Director in planning other digital channels
- Ensure quality controls are in place from planning/buying/optimisation and reporting for you and your team
- Be our clients' go-to paid search advertising expert, holding in-depth planning and activation knowledge across SEM platforms and key digital platforms
- A collaborative and complementary culture

- 4-6 years' minimum experience in SEM/performance media
- Excellent grasp of paid search planning and activation
- Experience and working knowledge of Google paid search platforms (Google Ads, SA360), the Microsoft Advertising platform, as well as key industry SEM tools and key analytics platforms
- SEO knowledge and understanding of paid and organic search work as a team
- Managerial experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem solver and strong analytical thinking
