Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop Executives/Coordinators to ensure they're highly skilled in paid search implementation
  • Manage the search team to ensure account deliverables, including campaign set up, reporting, optimisation tactics, quality checks, and best practices
  • Day-to-day client team and client contact across SEM
  • Confidently compile strong SEM responses and present them directly to clients
  • Assist the Digital Director and Planning Director in planning other digital channels
  • Ensure quality controls are in place from planning/buying/optimisation and reporting for you and your team
  • Be our clients' go-to paid search advertising expert, holding in-depth planning and activation knowledge across SEM platforms and key digital platforms

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years' minimum experience in SEM/performance media
  • Excellent grasp of paid search planning and activation
  • Experience and working knowledge of Google paid search platforms (Google Ads, SA360), the Microsoft Advertising platform, as well as key industry SEM tools and key analytics platforms
  • Ideally, some SEO knowledge and an understanding of paid and organic search work as a team
  • Managerial experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem solver and strong analytical thinking
