Our team is seeking Leisure Deck Attendants to join us on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations in every experience.
- Maintain high standards of customer care and cleanliness procedures across the Eos Spa & Wellness Leisure Deck.
- Assist with food and beverage orders and support the Eos Spa & Wellness team as needed.
- Reflect the five Eos brand pillars in every interaction, providing a distinctive, unexpected, indulgent, personalised, and magnetic experience to each guest.
Requirements:
- A passion for hospitality and a willingness to evolve 5-star customer service skills.
- Confident, effortless style with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented nature.
- Availability over peak times, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
