About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of our TAF retail training program.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of branding and culture, and the ability to train and develop staff to improve business results.

The role involves managing the ongoing development and delivery of a blended learning program, encompassing in-store and online training, seminars, and conferences.

The goal is to support and drive all levels of the TAF business forward through education and hands-on training.

The Training Manager will consult, influence, and engage stakeholders to support the transfer of learning to the workplace.

To be successful you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Training Manager, Cluster/Area Manager, or similar
  • Experience in developing training content
  • Experience in the management, coordination, and facilitation of training workshops and initiatives
  • People Management Experience
  • An experienced facilitator
  • Proficient in MS Office
