Role Overview

In this position, referred to internally as a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of tailored financial products and services. Your role will encompass driving growth through proactive business development and managing the loan assessment process. We seek an enthusiastic individual who is confident in pursuing business opportunities and possesses a strong passion for lending.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will not only facilitate lending but also cultivate robust relationships within the branch. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve comprehensive outcomes for our clients.

Community engagement is vital, and participation in after-hours events may be necessary.

This role involves collaboration across the Community Bank's St Helens and Bicheno branches. It is a permanent, full-time position.

  • Experience in consumer lending with the ability to assess customer needs and provide effective financial solutions.
