Bond Cleaning Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced supervisor to oversee our team of cleaners.

This role involves managing staff, mentoring, and guiding them to achieve efficient cleaning results. You will be responsible for allocating tasks, ensuring maximum productivity with minimal time spent on cleaning, and providing guidance to team members as needed.

You will have access to a company van and equipment but are required to provide your own products and fuel. Initial products will be supplied to you for assistance.

The primary purpose of the van is for work-related activities only.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing phone calls and customer enquiries
  • Staff management and allocation
  • Hiring and firing (after probation)
  • Acquiring new jobs and staff

You will undergo training provided by our owner who will oversee operations during the initial stages until you settle into the role.

This position may require flexibility and adaptability to work varied shifts, including nights, commercials, domestics, and bonds. Your roster will be managed by us in the first instance.

We seek a hard-working individual willing to take on any task, collaborate as a team player, and possess essential skills and qualities.

Required qualifications include:

  • A police clearance or willingness to obtain one
  • Public liability insurance
