- Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the business.
- Manage end-to-end improvement projects with a focus on automation, cost savings, and measurable value creation.
- Lead change initiatives using structured project management approaches to ensure successful and sustainable outcomes.
- Coach and support teams in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Leverage data analysis and dashboards to inform strategic decisions and ensure compliance with business processes.
