Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care and support to individuals with varying needs.

Caregivers play a vital role in enabling our clients to live a fulfilling life at home. We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing a premium care experience that is genuine, compassionate, and personalized.
  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship.
  • Delivering care in accordance with the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
  • Meeting the safety needs of the client and using equipment safely and properly.
  • Completing records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

  • Have a minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support, or Disability.
  • Hold a Working With Children Check.
  • Have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module and hold a current clearance.
