Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
About the Role:- Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, and toileting assistance
- Assist clients with medication management
- Work regular shifts from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Support domestic tasks and meal preparation for clients
- Offer social support, including transport and outings
- Monitor client wellbeing and update care plans as needed
- Mentor and train Home Care Workers to ensure exceptional care standards
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
- Completion of key units: HLTHPS006 - Assist client with medication, HLTAAP001 – Recognise healthy body systems, CHCCCS031 – Provide individualised support
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a direct care role
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Valid driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
