Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and analyse client directorates' people management needs to inform strategic organisational development initiatives.

  • Prepare accurate and engaging written reports, presentations, and communications for organisational development initiatives.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Organisational Development Specialist with a strong background in delivering complex organisational people management services. You will have a degree qualification in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Human Resources, or a related discipline, and/or extensive demonstrable experience in delivering a wide variety of organisational people management services.

You will have a proven track record of providing specialist expertise, advice, coaching, and change management across a project lifecycle, with a focus on employee engagement, change management, workforce planning, performance management, reward and recognition, and employee value proposition.

You will be a well-developed communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work productively as part of a high-performing team and build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and team members.
