Key Responsibilities:

  • Reward Strategist: Develop and implement competitive remuneration and employee benefits frameworks.
  • Data Detective: Lead analysis to inform sound organisational design and remuneration frameworks.
  • Design Guru: Develop and implement organisational design strategies to support Queensland Rail's future.
  • Collaboration Champion: Partner with People Business Partners and leaders to design optimal organisational structures and reward programs.
  • Trusted Advisor: Provide expert advice and guidance on remuneration and organisational design matters.
  • Communication Maestro: Develop and implement communication plans to educate employees about reward offerings.
  • Lifelong Learner: Stay up to date on the latest trends in remuneration and organisational design.

Requirements:

  • Remuneration and Organisational Design Expertise: Extensive knowledge of contemporary remuneration and organisational design frameworks and strategies.
  • Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Communication Strategies: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Desire to work with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Desire for Better: Proven track record of developing, refining, and improving HR initiatives.
