Job Title: Client Care Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to work with us, connecting customers with their local teams and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The role involves creating and maintaining service schedules, managing front-line worker rosters, and contributing to resource planning.

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing responsive and friendly communication across all channels.
  • Your administrative skills will shine as you collect customer information, update relevant systems, and process payments.
  • We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.

About This Role

In this dynamic position, you will have the chance to develop relationships with customers, their families, and other key stakeholders. You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a high-functioning team, using your strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent results.

What We Need From You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably with seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, or those living with disability.
  • A passion for developing and nurturing relationships, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using your initiative and resourcefulness to overcome challenges.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package and willingness to learn new systems.

Prerequisites

You will also need:

  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Western Australian Drivers Licence
  • Your own vehicle
  • Rights to work in Australia
