About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our Growth & Sales Team in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne. As a key member of our ANZ Transport - Rail, Ports and Aviation Sales Unit, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering tailored solutions to our existing and future clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
Requirements
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong client relationships within the ANZ Rail market
  • Adaptable and flexible with a willingness to support the wider Sales Unit
  • Well-networked, connected, trusted, and credible
  • Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or a relevant field
