Job Title:

Business Development Director - ANZ Transport

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our Growth & Sales Team in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne. As a key member of our ANZ Transport - Rail, Ports, and Aviation Sales Unit, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering tailored solutions to our existing and future clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement short and long-term strategies to position Jacobs in the market.
  • Identify market trends and client needs, and systematically explore and innovate to deliver pragmatic solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the ANZ Rail market.
  • Collaborate with the ANZ Market Director - Rail, Ports & Aviation to drive business growth and development.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Consultancy, Sales, Business Development, Client Account Management, and/or Operations.
  • Strong client relationships within the ANZ Rail market.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Well networked, connected, trusted, and credible.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or a relevant field.
