Marketing Strategy Leader

This role oversees and optimises paid digital performance marketing across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and evaluate strategies to drive customer acquisition and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital goals and deliver business-wide results.
  • Manage SEM budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Execute campaigns directly on platforms like Google and Meta.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Digital strategy experience centred around driving business growth.
  • Experience with Paid Search platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360.
  • Experience leveraging and optimising Meta Suite for maximum effectiveness.
  • Understanding of different digital media buying models.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Commercial acumen to make informed decisions at speed.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

Organisational Structure

You'll report to the Head of Marketing in a full-time permanent position. This role is based on-site from Monday to Friday.
