Digital Marketing Coordinator Role

Lead the execution of digital marketing strategies for a global retail brand. This role is based on the Gold Coast and involves working with a creative team of five.

About the Position

We are searching for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced marketing team based on the Gold Coast.

In this newly defined position, you will drive traffic, leads, and conversion through hands-on campaign management, website optimisation, and performance analytics.

  • Manage campaign execution across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop on-brand, high-performing campaigns
  • Optimise the website for conversion and user experience (including SEO implementation)
  • Report on performance across GA4, CRM platforms and digital dashboards
  • Present insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROAS and user engagement

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing campaign calendars, budgets, briefs and agency relationships
  • Driving real impact through campaign ownership and digital excellence

We're looking for a candidate with 2–4 years in a digital or performance marketing role, ideally with a retail or fashion focus. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and CRO/UX tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
