Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our in-house marketing team and external agencies to drive performance and achieve commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing: Develop and execute paid campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging data to inform decision-making and maximize ROI.
  • SEO and GEO (with agency support): Partner with our SEO and GEO agency to shape strategy, set KPIs, and ensure execution delivers desired results.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Own the performance tracking stack, providing clear and actionable insights that link spend to revenue and profit.
  • Conversion and Funnel Optimisation: Collaborate with our CRO and web manager to improve landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with our marketing team to align digital performance with business objectives, managing agency relationships and ensuring ROI.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, preferably ecommerce.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise large paid budgets.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and some experience with analytics, GEO, and AI search exposure is beneficial.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and profit, not just clicks.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work with brand, CRO, content, and design teams.
