Job Title: Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven digital marketing campaign specialist to lead our team's paid advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, set up, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Create compelling ad copy aligned with client services and goals, ensuring maximum ROI
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) to drive continuous improvement
  • Report results and provide insights to internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion
  • Recommend improvements to landing pages and website content to enhance overall campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with our internal marketing team to align campaign goals with broader business strategies, driving cross-functional collaboration and success
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of success in the trade industry
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including keyword planning, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and inform campaign decisions
  • Exceptional copywriting and attention to detail, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients or client-facing teams, providing clear and concise guidance on campaign performance and strategy
  • Up-to-date on current best practices, trends, and platform policy changes, ensuring continued growth and success

  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management
  • Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation, with a proven ability to improve online visibility and credibility
  • Landing page design or CRO experience, with a focus on improving conversion rates and user experience
  • Experience using reporting tools like Google Data Studio or Looker, with a focus on data analysis and visualisation
