Digital Marketing + E-Commerce Specialist

Full-time | Gold Coast | Trendz Hair Studio

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team at Trendz Hair Studio. This is an exciting opportunity to market across multiple salons, a new premium hair extensions brand, and a thriving e-commerce store with over 1,000 products (and growing).

With a new salon opening early next year, you'll play a key role in shaping campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness.

About Us

Trendz Hair Studio is a leader in the hair industry, with premium salons on the Gold Coast and Brisbane, plus a fast-growing online store shipping Australia-wide. We're known for our being blonde Specialists, famous for balayage, luxury haircare brands, hair extensions, and all professional salon services.

We're expanding quickly Launching new products, opening new salons, and growing our e-commerce presence. You'll also have access to our in-house videographer and content creators, giving you the tools to bring campaigns to life without having to do it all yourself.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving lead generation campaigns to fill salon appointments

Marketing and building brand awareness for our hair extensions brand

Creating and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

Planning and executing Klaviyo email campaigns

Managing and updating our Shopify store (1,000+ products and growing)

Collaborating with videographers and content creators to deliver engaging campaigns

Designing promotional assets and graphics using Canva

Developing strategies to support the launch of a new salon in 2026

Executing and monitoring SEO strategies to increase visibility and sales

Reporting on performance and optimising campaigns for growth

What We're Looking For

Skilled in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management

Strong knowledge of Klaviyo or other email platforms

Hands-on Shopify experience

Solid understanding of SEO best practices

Content creation and design skills (Canva or similar)

Ability to manage multiple projects across salons, e-commerce, and product launches

A creative, proactive marketer who's passionate about driving results
