Category Management Professional

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious professional to help manage and grow our vibrant skincare range. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced category managers, learn the ropes of category management, and make a real impact in a fast-paced retail environment.
The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day running of the category, keep operations on track, and use their analytical skills to uncover trends that shape planning, buying, and pricing decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Analyse customer data to uncover insights that drive category strategy and enhance the customer experience
- Support the delivery of category initiatives from insights to procurement, inventory, store, and online operations, through to stock resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales growth and meet category targets
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operations while keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do
