THE ROLE

Victoria's Secret at Harbour Town is looking for a talented Category Manager

The Category Manager provides leadership that drives total store results with specific ownership of an assigned merchandise category. The category manager drives results by developing and executing short term action plans and long term strategies and is responsible for driving results in the assigned category by creating an excellent customer and associate experience and by leading all daily activities. Fosters a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences and serves on Sales Leadership Team.
