About the Role:

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, this individual will play a crucial role in coordinating program activities, maintaining key registers, preparing governance reports, and supporting workshops.

  • Support program delivery by coordinating project management activities, including project plans, reporting, and change control.
  • Maintain and update project registers (risks, issues, decisions) and assist in governance reporting and assurance reviews.
  • Prepare materials, schedule meetings/workshops, record actions, and track progress with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, supporting communication, engagement, and change readiness activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing PMO processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
About You:

You are an experienced change professional who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. We are looking for someone with experience in supporting projects or programs within large or complex organisations, ideally in transformation or change environments.

Key skills include:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Exposure to project management and scheduling or reporting systems (e.g., MS Project)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in building effective relationships and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
