Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Insurance Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of large-scale insurance transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in P&C insurance domain processes, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations.

This is a senior client-facing role working at the heart of large-scale Duck Creek programs, where you'll help insurers modernise their platforms and align technology solutions to business outcomes.

  • The role requires strong knowledge of Duck Creek modules (Policy, Billing, Claims, Insights) and ability to translate complex business requirements into clear specifications.

About the Role

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading business and solution design for Duck Creek implementations across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Insights
  • Defining scalable architectures that balance immediate delivery with long-term flexibility
  • Acting as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 8+ years' experience in P&C insurance domain processes, with at least 5 years in implementation
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, web services, middleware)
  • Strong skills in data modelling, workflow design, and business process analysis
