Insurance Industry Expert – Solution Architect

About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong Insurance industry background to shape and validate solutions, guide customers through discovery to decision, and ensure proposals are technically feasible, commercially sound, and aligned to our delivery strengths.
">This role requires strong technical skills, including experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS), legacy constraints, and target business outcomes. You will also have excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, including senior stakeholder management.
">The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Insurance industry, including PAS domain expertise across Insurance, Superannuation or Investment. Familiarity with multi-PAS consolidation drivers and regulatory context is also required.
">- Lead technical discovery with insurers to understand product portfolios, legacy constraints, and target business outcomes; translate into solution blueprints and presales artifacts.
- Qualify opportunities with Sales/Industry leads and contribute to Deal / Solutions Engineering forums for complex or strategic pursuits.
- Architect end-to-end target states spanning business, application landscape, integration, information, security, and operations.
- Design portfolio migration approaches from Life 400, and other mainframe/legacy PAS to iPAS or modern target states.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, including senior stakeholder management.
