About the Chief Digital Solutions Architect Role

This newly created position requires an experienced professional to oversee the development and maintenance of our renewable energy website, ensuring seamless digital experiences that inspire customers and support our clean energy mission.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and maintaining a scalable, consistent, and high-performing digital presence across our website and web chat platforms.
  • Utilizing data analysis, A/B testing, and analytics to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to synchronize digital and CX strategies with business priorities.
  • Staying ahead of digital trends and leading innovation in customer experience design.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in digital ownership, preferably in energy or finance sectors.
  • A track record of driving performance improvements and optimizing platforms, with a keen eye for identifying performance bottlenecks.
  • Expertise with headless CMS platforms, including content publishing and management experience.
  • Curiosity and ability to collaborate with stakeholder groups.
