Job Title: Enterprise Insurance Solutions Architect

The role of an Enterprise Insurance Solutions Architect is pivotal in aligning business objectives with technical teams, ensuring seamless implementation of insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Solution Design: Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Requirements Analysis: Elicit and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis.
  • Implementation and Governance: Guide the design, development, and configuration of insurance components, defining architectural standards and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as primary point of contact between business teams and IT/technical teams, providing technical advice and support.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.
Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance domain processes, including at least 5 years of experience in implementation projects.
  • Hands-on experience in Policy, Billing, Claims, and/or Insights modules.
  • Proven experience as a Business Architect or similar role within technology and business domains.
  • Strong knowledge of Author, Rating, Forms, and other platform capabilities.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
  • Proficiency in data modelling, workflow design, and business process analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
