Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing mechanical maintenance services within the naval and commercial ship repair sectors.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a safe and efficient manner. This includes identifying and reporting potential safety hazards, taking appropriate action, and achieving targets in areas of safety, environment, quality, and production.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in mechanical maintenance, preferably with experience in ship repair and industrial sectors.
  • Demonstrated fitness for work and ability to pass drug and alcohol screening.
  • Suitably experienced with execution of site and workshop based duties.
  • Possession of a current driver's license and ability to obtain military facility access.
  • Confined space and elevated work platform qualifications (desired).
