About the RoleAs a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a profitable business unit, identifying new business opportunities, and developing outstanding relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a Branch Business Plan to achieve business growth
- Manage all aspects of Branch operations, including P&L accountability
- Grow and develop a customer base through excellent service and sales
- Lead, develop, and coach branch staff performance, creating a great workplace culture
- Develop partnerships with suppliers to ensure the right products are available for our customers
- Experience managing a business/branch with a proven track record of sales growth
