About This Role

The National Indigenous Australians Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Integrity Branch.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality advice and services to support our agency's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of professionals to deliver strategic advice and services to support our agency's goals.
  2. Develop and implement compliance and integrity frameworks to ensure our programs are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure our agency's interests are represented.
  4. Provide expert advice on risk management and mitigation strategies.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver our programs effectively.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a strong background in compliance and risk management.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in leading teams and delivering high-quality advice and services.
  2. Strong understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
