About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Operations Director to join our team at Graphic Art Mart in Tullamarine. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing a team of four staff members, and ensuring peak efficiency in our Melbourne branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Optimise warehouse operations, including cycle counts, inventory management, and equipment checks, to achieve exceptional results.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers from various Graphic Art Mart branch locations, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organise and manage delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Implement and maintain OH&S standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
About You
  • You have solid experience in warehouse operations and logistics, with a deep understanding of best practices.
  • You possess strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team to achieve excellence.
  • You are a hands-on problem solver, thriving under pressure while maintaining a clear head.
  • You are physically capable, comfortable with lifting and handling oversized materials.
  • You excel at thinking on your feet, proactively solving problems as they arise.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and via phone and email.
  • You hold a forklift license and driver's license, with an MR truck license being a plus.
  • You have full Australian working rights.
