Workforce Development Director

As the National Manager, Workforce, you will lead the Workforce Management team, ensuring a competent contractor workforce aligns with industry standards. This role oversees workforce planning, training, performance management, and data reporting, all while driving continuous improvement.
This is a strategic leadership position that requires an experienced professional to manage teams, stakeholders, and processes effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in recruitment, selection, rostering, performance management, and supervision of staff/contractors. They should also possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Workforce Management team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, employees, and external partners
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to workforce management
You are an experienced workforce or HR operations professional with a strong background in contractor management, compliance, and service delivery. Your exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills will enable you to excel in this role.
