Lead a Team of Passionate Educators

C&K Birralee Childcare Centre is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director to lead our team of passionate educators. As a Director, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters the growth and development of children aged 0 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a high-quality educational program that aligns with the C&K philosophy and curriculum.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the wider community.
  • Ensure the centre operates in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and C&K policies.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families, and the community.
