About the Role

As our Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate educators to deliver a quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years in our play-based learning environment. You will play an integral role in the overall operations and management of the centre to encourage and nurture children's learning and development while building great relationships with our families and the wider community.

About C&K

C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten has been a cherished hub for local families and the community for over 43 years. We are a child-safe organisation and all C&K employees are required to undergo a police check and not be a 'non-compliant' or Suspended Educator under the QLD Blue Card System.

What You'll Bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
