Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a professional to provide support and be the front-of house and key reception personnel.
This role involves a range of administrative duties, including:
- Liaising with clients, handling incoming calls, mail collection, sample receipt and dispatch
- Report writing and data entry
- Providing administrative support to the management team
- Coordination of travel, accommodation and expenses
- Creation of purchase orders and maintaining stock levels
- Compiling sales data and completing monthly invoicing
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high level of technological aptitude
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Good time management skills
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills
- Confident phone mannerisms and communication skills
- Ability to carry up to 10kgs and work in a workshop/warehouse environment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Adaptability to learn new processes
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Sensitivity to deal with confidential information
