Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a professional to provide support and be the front-of house and key reception personnel.

This role involves a range of administrative duties, including:

  • Liaising with clients, handling incoming calls, mail collection, sample receipt and dispatch
  • Report writing and data entry
  • Providing administrative support to the management team
  • Coordination of travel, accommodation and expenses
  • Creation of purchase orders and maintaining stock levels
  • Compiling sales data and completing monthly invoicing
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high level of technological aptitude
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills
  • Confident phone mannerisms and communication skills
  • Ability to carry up to 10kgs and work in a workshop/warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
  • Adaptability to learn new processes
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Sensitivity to deal with confidential information
