This is a strategic career move for an experienced professional in asset management to lead, shape and grow a consultancy's asset advisory services in Brisbane.
We are partnering with a leading independent consultancy committed to delivering expert Building Consultancy, PPP Advisory, Infrastructure and Facilities & Asset Management Consulting.
Key Responsibilities- Providing advice on asset and facilities management strategies, frameworks, lifecycle models and operational plans.
- Delivering due diligence and technical advisory services for PPPs and social infrastructure.
- Benchmarking facilities management performance and assessing service delivery against ISO standards.
- Preparing feasibility studies, business cases and structured reports for government and private clients.
- An experienced individual with expertise in asset management, property or facilities management ideally with exposure to social infrastructure (health, education, corrections, housing).
- Strong knowledge of facilities/asset delivery models, lifecycle costing and performance frameworks.
- Familiarity with ISO 55000 and/or ISO 41000 standards.
- Tertiary qualifications in property, business, building, asset or facilities management.
- Professional accreditation with a recognised body.
