Asset Manager

About the Role

This is a key analytical position providing strategic insight and commercial support to optimise portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast asset performance, analyse NOI, and track investment returns
  • Contribute to leasing strategies, budgeting, and arrears meetings
  • Support tenant negotiations, lease finalisation, and strategic plans
  • Prepare valuation reports, feasibility models, and commercial assessments
  • Collaborate with teams to optimise centre performance
  • Undertake due diligence and financial modelling on acquisitions and redevelopments
  • Manage project data inputs for IRR evaluation
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics or a related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in asset management, property investment, or development analysis
  • Strong understanding of commercial leasing markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and property-specific tools
  • Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and analytically driven
  • Confident communicator and proactive team contributor
