Senior Strategic Asset Professional

This senior role focuses on enhancing portfolio performance through strategic asset planning, leasing optimisation, and risk management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategic asset plans to maximise income and value. They will oversee a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, and industrial assets, leveraging their expertise in property economics and real estate to drive strategic decision-making.
A key aspect of this role is managing leasing strategies, coordinating with internal and external agents, and analysing market trends to support capital transactions. The Strategic Asset Manager will also oversee capex projects, drive budget management, forecasting, and reporting, and provide leadership and strategic direction to property and facilities teams.
Key qualifications include 5+ years' experience in asset management, strong commercial acumen, and a focus on value-add opportunities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills are essential. Proficiency with property management systems (MRI preferred) and financial modelling tools is also required.
