Strategic Asset Leader

This pivotal leadership position oversees the management, maintenance, and development of physical assets, infrastructure, and operational services. The Director will ensure facilities and grounds are safe, functional, and aligned with the strategic vision in the Edmund Rice tradition.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a diverse operational team and external contractors
- Oversee maintenance schedules, asset lifecycle management, and compliance
- Provide strategic input into master planning and capital works
- Ensure health, safety, and risk management standards are met across all facilities
- Develop and implement asset management and renewal programs
- Manage procurement processes and service contracts
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in facilities management or project management is essential
- Proven leadership in facilities, property, or asset management
- Strong knowledge and practical application of health, safety, and risk management
- Experience delivering capital works and managing complex infrastructure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
