This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Business Segment Manager. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen and leadership skills to drive the growth of our Superannuation and Investment Portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the development and execution of initiatives to maximise performance and member retirement outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive marketing strategies and build campaigns.
- Evaluate performance and provide insights to Executives and Boards.
- Develop and implement agile ways of working, prioritisation sessions and facilitate meetings and agile stand-ups.
- 5+ years' relevant professional experience within Wealth Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance related field.
- Strong data and business analysis skills and experience.
- Broad knowledge of Legislation and Regulation for Registered Superannuation Entities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
